What Terminal is Southwest Airlines at Denver Airport?

• Concourse C

All Southwest Airlines gates are on the concourse C of Denver Airport. To reach there, take an underground transportation train from Jeppesen Terminal.

Southwest Airlines occupies 38 out of 49 gates on Concourse C.

Southwest Terminal Denver Airport Pick Up

Like any airline at DIA, all passenger pickups are from Jeppesen Terminal, level 4, both East and West side. Passengers can reach level 4 via ground transportation, elevator, and stairs. 

Note that there are no amenities on level 4 except a few vending machines near all doors.

Southwest Airlines Check-In Counters at DIA 

Southwest Airlines has two check-in counters and two curbside check-in counters. Both are on the Jeppesen Terminal level 5 and 6.

Enter from door 607 or 609 on level 6, and two check-in counters will be in front of you.

While one curbside check-in counter is on level 5, and the other is on level 6. Both are right on the road, between the entry/exit doors.

For example, on level 5, the check-in counter is between the doors 513 and 515. From thereon, head into the terminal via the nearest door. Level 6, the curbside counter is between the doors 613 and 615.

Where are the baggage claim counters for Southwest Airlines at Denver Airport?

Southwest Airlines has two baggage services on level 5 of Jeppesen Terminal. They are both next to one other on the east side. 

You can check your bags at the counters four hours ahead of the flight. First, there is a physical inspection by the TSA official. From thereon, you can either wait at the Jeppesen Terminal or Concourse C.

After the baggage check-in, head to Concourse C, where all the Southwest Airlines gates are. This concourse has some impeccable avenues, including restaurants and lounges.

But, compared to Concourse A and B, C has fewer amenities. But do not worry; I will give you some tips on how to kill time before your flight.

If you have taken ground transportation, you will first reach level 1. Take an elevator to level 2, the main level with all the airline’s gates and restaurants.

There are two lounges on Concourse C: Admirals Club and Centurion Club. Admirals Club is an American Airlines lounge – so you may not have access if flying Southwest Airlines. Whereas the Centurion is a non-airline lounge—all you need is an AMEX Card to gain access.

Concourse C has seven art chronicles spread all across. All are quite interesting and are open 24/7. You can relish the images and read their backgrounds. 

Rest Area

Concourse C has curved-shaped couches near the gates C26-28. But, on a busy day, it may be difficult to find an idle couch. And I have also heard that the couches are not that comfortable. 

Charging Stations

Charge your devices before or after your flight. Concourse C has approximately 15 charging stations with ample power voltage.
